In order to become full aware and mindfull in our every day life it may take some time and effort to train the mind and to get comfortable with a new better way of being. The effort nevertheless is worth the results.
The Group workshops consist in:
- learning a simple meditation Zazen technique
- get to know the basic knowledge about the meditation itself
practicing of sitting meditation in a group of 5-10 people
- practicing the dynamic meditation in a group of 5-10 people
- learning the techniques of how to use meditation in business to be more powerful and successful
